The OZARIA Frame does one thing: it shows the photos your family sends, on a screen big enough to see from across the room. There is no app for her to open, no account to remember, and nothing to pay after the day you buy it.
Here is exactly what happens, from the box to the first photo.
The three steps
Set it up once, then forget about it
1. Plug it in, connect the Wi-Fi
Take it out of the gift box, plug in the adapter and stand it up. On screen, pick her home Wi-Fi network and type the password. It has to be the 2.4 GHz band, which nearly every home router provides. If her network only shows a 5 GHz name, most routers also broadcast a 2.4 GHz one — usually the same name with -2G at the end, or it can be switched on in the router settings.
2. The frame shows a code
Once it is online, the frame displays a short code. That code is what lets someone send photos to this particular frame. Nobody without it can send anything.
3. Family enters the code in the free app
Everyone who wants to send photos downloads Frameo, free on iPhone and Android, and enters the code once. From then on they send photos and 15-second videos straight to her frame, with a caption on each one.
She never touches a thing. The photos just arrive.

The things people ask us
The frame needs a Wi-Fi connection at her home to receive photos. Without it, the frame still works as a photo display, but new photos cannot arrive. Any standard home internet connection is enough.
Yes, and we recommend it. Set it up on your own Wi-Fi, send the first photos, then reconnect it to her network when you hand it over. The photos you already sent stay on the frame.
She taps the screen once and picks the network again. If that is too much, anyone in the family can walk her through it in a minute over the phone.
Yes. A tap on the screen brings up the options, including deleting a photo or changing how long each one stays up.
