Free US shipping

Shipping is free on every order, always. We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days and shipped from our fulfillment facility in the United States. Most orders arrive within 5-10 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Address issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us at hello@ozariahome.com as soon as possible — we can correct the address any time before the order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not moved for more than 7 days, or your order has not arrived within 15 days of purchase, write to us and we will resolve it — replacement or refund, your choice.
