A ritual is a personal thing. If your OZARIA oil does not bring quiet to your home — for any reason, at any time within thirty days of receipt — write to us. We will refund the bottle in full. Used or unused. No questions, no friction.

How it works

Within thirty days of delivery, write to hello@ozariahome.com with your order number. We will send a prepaid return label within one business day. Once your bottle arrives back at our Maryland atelier, your refund is processed within three business days.

What returns

A single bottle. The full Founder’s Set. A subscription order. All eligible. We do not ask whether the bottle was opened — aromatherapy is meant to be tried.

What does not return

Discounted promotional items, gift cards, and bottles purchased more than thirty days ago. International orders are not applicable — OZARIA ships within the United States only.

A note from us

We built this guarantee because we ourselves have been disappointed by aromatherapy before. Single-origin oils are an investment. The least we can do is make sure you never feel locked in.
