OZARIA sells its products as one-time purchases only. We do not offer subscriptions, recurring orders, auto-renewals or memberships. Placing an order never creates a recurring charge, and no payment is ever taken from you again unless you place a new order yourself.

Cancelling an order

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. If you need to cancel or change an order, email hello@ozariahome.com before it ships and we will cancel it at no cost.

After your order ships

Our 60-Night Guarantee applies: contact us within 60 days of delivery and we refund your order in full, with nothing to send back. See our Refund policy for details.
