Where we ship

We ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship outside the US at this time.

What it costs

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum and no surcharge at checkout.

How long it takes

6 to 12 business days from the day you order. That covers 1 to 3 business days to prepare and pack your frame, then 5 to 9 business days in transit.

Business days are Monday through Friday, not counting US public holidays.

Tracking

As soon as your frame leaves our facility you get an email with a tracking number and a link. Tracking usually starts updating within 24 hours. If yours has not moved after three business days, write to us and we will chase it for you.

Christmas orders

Order by December 8 to be safe for December 25. Orders placed after that date usually still arrive in time, but we cannot promise it once the carriers get busy.

If something goes wrong

Lost, stuck, or delivered to the wrong address: email hello@ozariahome.com with your order number. We replace it or refund you. You do not have to fight the carrier yourself.
