Shipping

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

What it costs

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

How long it takes

Orders ship from our US warehouse within 1 to 3 business days and are delivered 2 to 5 business days later: 3 to 8 business days in total. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays.

Tracking

You receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delays or lost parcels

If tracking has not moved for three business days, or your parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, email hello@ozariahome.com with your order number. We send a replacement or refund you; you do not have to deal with the carrier.

Address changes

Email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will update the address if the order has not shipped yet.
