If you are not happy with your order for any reason, email us within 30 days of delivery and we refund you in full under our 30-day money-back guarantee.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@ozariahome.com with your order number and a few words about what went wrong. A person replies within one business day with the next steps for your refund. There is no restocking fee.

When you get your money

Once your request is approved, we issue the refund within 3 business days, to your original payment method. Your bank may take another 3 to 5 business days to show it.

Damaged or wrong item

Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we ship a free replacement, or refund you in full.

Dog bed: 1-year warranty
