Thirty days to change your mind

If the frame is not right, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of what you paid. You do not need to give us a reason.

How to start a return

Email hello@ozariahome.com with your order number. We reply within one business day with a prepaid return label and the address. Pack the frame in its box if you still have it, or any box that protects it.

What it costs you

Nothing. Return shipping is on us, and there is no restocking fee.

When you get your money back

We refund within 3 business days of the frame arriving back with us, to the card or account you paid with. Your bank usually takes another 3 to 5 business days to show it.

If it arrived damaged

Do not send it back. Email us a photo of the damage and we ship a replacement straight away.

Gifts bought early

The 30 days run from the delivery date, not from the day she opens it. If you buy in November for Christmas and something is wrong in January, write to us anyway. We will sort it out.
