1-Year Limited Warranty: XL Orthopedic Dog Bed

Every OZARIA XL Orthopedic Dog Bed comes with a 1-year limited warranty, in addition to our 30-day money-back guarantee.

What is covered

• Flattening: the foam permanently loses more than 1 inch of height in the sleeping area. Measure it after the bed has rested empty for 24 hours.
• Manufacturing defects: seams that split, a zipper that fails, or a waterproof liner that tears under normal use.

How long

1 year from the delivery date, for the original buyer, on orders placed at ozariahome.com and delivered in the United States.

What we do

We send you a free replacement bed, or the replacement part (for example a new cover), with free shipping. If the item is no longer available, we refund the price you paid for it.

What is not covered

• Damage from chewing, digging or scratching
• Stains and odors
• The normal softening of memory foam as it breaks in
• Damage from washing that doesn't follow the care instructions, accidents or misuse
• Beds bought from another seller

How to make a claim

Email hello@ozariahome.com with your order number and clear photos of the problem (for flattening, a photo with a ruler or tape measure). A real person replies within one business day. In some cases we may ask you to send the item back; if so, we pay for return shipping.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
