How does the subscription work?
Choose your first oil and your rhythm — every month, every two months, or every three months. We ship at your chosen frequency, with 15% off and free US shipping on every delivery. You can change, skip, pause, or cancel anytime from your account.
Which frequency should I choose?
One bottle, used responsibly, lasts approximately eight to ten weeks. If you diffuse daily, monthly may suit you. If you follow our recommended ritual, every two months is the natural rhythm — and includes our exclusive subscriber privileges. If aromatherapy is occasional, every three months allows the bottle to last a season.
Why does the bimonthly subscription have exclusive privileges?
Two months is the rhythm OZARIA was designed around — long enough to live with the oil, short enough to remain a ritual. We reserve the hand-written welcome card, the sample of your next oil, and the 30-day early access for this rhythm because it is the practice we believe in.
Can I change my frequency or oil between deliveries?
Yes. Five days before each shipment, you’ll receive an email — you can swap the oil, change the frequency, or skip the delivery from a single page in your account.
What if I want to pause?
You can pause for any duration — a month, a season, a year. Your discount and your subscription stay attached to your account, ready when you are.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. You can cancel after your first delivery, with no questions and no fees. The only subscription worth keeping is the one you choose to keep.
What is the welcome card?
For bimonthly subscribers, each first shipment includes a card hand-written at the atelier — a few words about the oil you chose, the season we are in, and how we recommend living with it. Quiet, considered, the way letters used to be written.
What is in the sample?
For bimonthly subscribers, every shipment includes a 2ml vial of one of the other OZARIA oils, chosen to complement the one you’ve subscribed to. Enough to live with for an evening, before deciding whether it should accompany your next ritual.
Do subscribers get early access to new oils?
Bimonthly subscribers receive thirty days of advance access when OZARIA introduces a new single-origin oil. Each first batch is hand-numbered and reserved for those already in the practice.
