Free US Shipping
All US orders ship free, no minimum. Most orders ship within 2 business days from our Maryland atelier.
Processing
Every order is hand-prepared in our Maryland atelier within 2 business days of placement. You will receive a tracking email the moment your order ships.
Delivery
Standard delivery: 3–5 business days anywhere in the continental United States.
All outbound shipments leave our Maryland atelier in climate-controlled packaging.
Returns
30-day returns on every order, used or unused. If an oil doesn’t resonate, write to hello@ozariahome.com and we’ll send a prepaid return label. Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the return.
Aromatherapy is meant to be tried — we don’t ask whether the bottle was opened.
International
We currently ship within the United States only. International expansion is planned for 2027 — join the newsletter to be notified when your country opens.
